All content you create remains stored only on your device.

2. 100% Offline Application

SoulSync operates entirely offline.

• No internet connection is required.
• The app does not connect to any servers.
• No cloud backup or synchronization is provided.
• No background data transmission occurs.

Your information never leaves your device.

3. Local Data Storage

All journal entries, images, moods, and settings are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage systems. We do not have access to your data at any time.

If you uninstall the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

4. Security Features

SoulSync includes optional security features that function entirely on your device:

• App lock with PIN
• Biometric authentication (if supported by your device)
• Individual entry locking
• Encrypted storage for sensitive settings
• Optional screenshot blocking

Biometric authentication is handled by your device’s operating system. SoulSync does not access or store biometric information.

5. Permissions

SoulSync may request limited device permissions strictly for core functionality:

Storage / Media Access

• Attach images to journal entries
• Import backup files
• Export journal backups (JSON, TXT, PDF)

Access occurs only when you actively use these features. No information is transmitted externally.

6. Backup and Export

• Backup files are created locally on your device.
• You control where files are saved.
• Sharing is initiated manually by you.

SoulSync does not receive, upload, or store exported files.

7. Third-Party Services

SoulSync does not use:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Cloud storage providers
• Tracking technologies
• External data processors

The app functions independently without third-party data collection.

8. Children’s Privacy

SoulSync does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, there is no risk of data sharing.

9. Data Deletion

• You may delete individual entries within the app.
• You may clear all app data through settings.
• You may uninstall the app to permanently remove all stored information.

No copies of your data are retained by us.

10. Changes to This Policy

If updates are made to this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
